Lindsay & Alec | Whitworth Hall

Lindsay & Alec married at Whitworth Hall near Spennymoor in February. The estate has its own deer park, where you can even feed the deer, and it’s a lovely setting at any time of year. The morning started at Home Farm on the estate, before the ceremony and celebrations at the hall.

Clovie & Chris married on Valentine’s Day at Charlton Hall near Alnwick, with 116 guests and everything at the hall. Celebrant of the North led the ceremony, and the evening had a ceilidh from Hilltop Ceilidhs as well as Bride & Groove on the decks.

Lucy & Matt’s wedding fell in the days between Christmas and New Year. They got ready at 61 Durham, married at St Laurence’s Church, then headed back to 61 Durham for the wedding breakfast and evening party.

Lots of the details were homemade, which gave the day a really personal touch, and with around 100 guests at the church and 130 by the evening it was a proper winter celebration.
